My love of food began early... I would stand on a stool to reach the stove! My Grandparents
enjoyed cooking too... and I still use many of those same recipes today.
My name is Leslie Kester, and the flavors of those childhood memories continue to
fuel my passion for cooking today. My Irish-Italian heritage has influenced every
dish, and my love for homemade food, creatively-served, is the driving force behind
every Leslie’s Catering meal.
My grandmother measured the success of a meal in servings (in those days, if you
didn’t go back for seconds, it wasn’t much of a dish). At Leslie’s Catering, we
